Large Animal Veterinary Services has an in-house laboratory for performing routine bloodwork. We have an Idexx Lasercyte for performing Complete Blood Analysis (CBC), an Idexx VetTest for performing blood chemistry analysis, and Idexx VetStat for performing electrolytes and blood gas analysis, and an Idexx QBC machine for performing fibrinogen analysis.
We work closely with the Nevada State Agriculture Laboratory and Idexx laboratories for our coggins testing (Equine Infectious Anemia) and all other specialized testing.
